The automatic palletizer machine is built to perform automatic handling and stacking of boxes, cartons, or cases with product onto a standard wooden pallet, usually followed by pallet wrapping with stretch film.

At the beginning of the each cycle of palletizing, the robot picks up an empty pallet and places it onto the palletizing conveyor.
Optionally, a slip sheet can be placed on the pallet prior to palletizing. The robot pick up it from the slip sheet magazine.
The boxes are moved by the infeed conveyor system towards the robot pick-up section. After the required quantity of boxes has been accumulated, the pusher aligns the boxes along one edge of the conveyor.
The boxes are picked up by the robot by the gripping means and placed onto the pallet according to the predetermined palletizing pattern.
The pallet with boxes is revolved on the rotary conveyor and wrapped with stretch film by the pallet wrapping system. Following the wrapping cycle, the film is cut and the wrapped pallet may be discharged from the rotary conveyor.
After wrapping, the pallet is transferred by the output chain-driven conveyor.
