Kuka Official partner

DGT Solutions Inc. is a proud Official System Partner of KUKA Robotics.  KUKA is one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial robots. This strategic alliance allows us to provide turn-key solutions to our customers and a true “A-to-Z” response to our customer’s automation needs. DGT Solutions Inc. continues to successfully integrate equipment with KUKA Robotic units in a variety of production operations. Let’s automate together!

DGT Solutions Inc. offers a wide variety of automatic packaging and processing equipment with help of KUKA Robotic Arms:

  • Processing applications where 6-AXIS KUKA robots are used (specialty applications);

  • Packaging systems where 6-AXIS KUKA robots are used for product loading in cartoner machines and/or case packing machines;

  • Palletizing solutions where the robots are handling boxes, slip sheets, and pallets.

DGT Palletizing systems are compact and unique: with help of KUKA Palletizing robots, our low footprint, high speed and high precision palletizing machines perform product pick-and-place operations while accommodating various palletizing patterns, pallet handling, slip sheet handling and flexible product orientation. In addition, DGT fully develops and manufactures heavy-duty load dispersing frames for robot mounting in-house. These frames are designed and built according to application, allowing DGT to integrate high-capacity palletizing systems in various manufacturing plants, without any modifications to the existing concrete surface. In addition, this approach allows for greatly reduced equipment installation time, as well as the possibility of equipment re-location without any extensive environment modifications.

KUKA offers Industrial Robots for a wide variety of applications. From simple pick and place table-top operations, to complex, multifunctional applications where different products are handled from more than one pick-up location to more than one drop-off location – KUKA Robots have all scenarios covered! KUKA Scara-type robots, spider-type robots, 5-axis robots, 6-axis robots, with payloads ranging from 2KG to 1300KG, and with reaches ranging from 500mm to 4500mm, there is always a unit suitable for your automation needs. Combined with cutting-edge software and innovative controllers, these robotic systems allow manufacturing the right automation solutions to accelerate your business growth.

DGT Specialty applications make use of the high-speed 6-Axis KUKA Robots for complex trajectories, where speed and precision are required. DGT develops and manufactures complex specialty grippers (end-of-arm tooling) for these applications, which in combination with high speed and high precision offered by KUKA result in successful machine deployment and integration into customers' existing production lines or new installations.
