Bottle grouping and case loading
Groups bottles into a packing pattern, loads them into corrugated cases and seals the filled cases.
The DGT Automatic Case Packer for Bottles integrates case forming, product grouping, rotary pick-and-place loading and case sealing into one system. Bottles enter on a single conveyor, separate into lanes and accumulate according to the required packing pattern. Product-specific rotary grippers transfer the grouped bottles into an erected corrugated case held open at the loading station. The filled case then advances for flap closing and sealing with adhesive tape or hot melt glue, depending on the selected configuration.
