The filling system features two independent, servo-controlled gear pumps—with each pump supplying a dedicated nozzle—while the integrated driven-roll conveyor is split to isolate the filling zone on structural load cells for precise net-weight filling. Built for demanding environments, the high-torque capping system is uniquely built for large plastic caps and utilizes a compact, hand-rechargeable turret cap magazine to maximize floor space. Fully programmable and widely adjustable, this robust monoblock delivers a seamless, synchronized filling and high-torque sealing workflow for bulky containers
