Dual-robot palletizing
Palletizes boxed liquids across multiple stations and conveys completed loads toward stretch wrapping.
This DGT multi-line palletizing machine is equipped with two KUKA palletizing robots, each of which is used for palletizing of heavy boxes with liquids. One robot palletizes jugs in boxes, while the other palletizes boxes with wind-shield washer fluid. The palletizing station for wind-shield washer fluid is equipped with a vision system which verifies the bottom of each box for possible leaks, and rejects the load based on that verification. The palletizers are equipped with a pallet conveyor system which handles pallets from several palletizing stations, including a station for manual pail palletizing, all through a centralized conveyorized turn-table which streamlines all products towards a DGT Automatic Pallet Wrapper.
